This house is the result of a complete refurbishment, starting from the foundation till the last finishings, going through the renovation of the installations and also the modification of the entire structural system. The house has a complete program, it includes a space for sauna, hydromassage and gym. It has also a space that behaves as a heat capturer in winter, radiant floor, domotics, a park and a playground. The refurbishment and the extension were held attending to the best orientation, to the larger space for each place and the best articulation in every combination as any luxury house requires.
