V.N house

The owners of this apartment fell in love with life in the old town in Javea. They asked from the beginning for a nice home with hygrothermal comfort . This was solved with new windows in the main facade and foil underfloor heating. Another of their pleasures is the gastronomy. They could spend hours in the kitchen in special occasions, therefore the project was thought to design a very big kitchen in such a way that this house was transformed into a Kitchen House.

BEFORE:

One of the major issues to improve about this apartment was insufficient light and discontinuity of space. The new layout consists of an open space connecting the whole day area and crossed ventilation.
