HW house. Full apartment refurbishment. Day 1
First day. Demolition. The following apartment will be completely transformed without leaving any existing wall lifted. Absolutely new spaces will be created.
Next step handrails
Foundation, structure, walls done. Masonry works reaching an end. Next step will be measuring handrails and then placing them.
Terrace. S house
We are nearly there. Masonry works almost finished. Terrace pavement placed and grouting ready to be done. In a few months we will see the whole house finished.
Another old town house rehabilitation
Awaiting for the license premises to start the rehabilitation of this old town house full of character. Located in a suburb that experienced growth throughout its history in the outskirts of the wall.
V.N house
The owners of this apartment fell in love with life in the old town in Javea. They asked from the beginning for a nice home with hygrothermal comfort . This was solved with new windows in the main facade and foil underfloor heating. Another of their pleasures is the gastronomy. They could spend hours in the kitchen in special occasions, therefore the project was thought to design a very big kitchen in such a way that this house was transformed into a Kitchen House.M.A house
A traditional house in the Tossalet in Javea, unique for its southern orientation in that area with old, beautiful, mediterranean materials. Our challenge is the integration of cultures combining the original Mediterranean style with the the new modern extension. First step is to think with the paper and the pencil on site and start living the place, to further on reach the project concept and make the first layout.
Our meeting with the owners this morning at our studio to show the first ideas was indeed very successful , which means we now move to step two.
First approach. House in the Montgo
This is how we start. The first step is to find the way, to explore, to feel. Create paths that respect the nature, integrate into the landscape, play hide and seek and collect sensations.
